Executive Director of People and Culture

Stephen has over 30 years’ operational and strategic HR experience, gained within the public sector. Prior to moving into the education sector, Stephen worked as a HR professional in the Royal Air Force and has extensive experience of varied business functions and a successful track record of implementing HR initiatives.

As Executive Director of People and Culture for the Trust, Stephen plays a key role in driving the Trust’s people agenda and works closely with the HR Team to ensure that a comprehensive centralised HR provision is available to all within the Trust. Stephen believes that creating the right culture for our people and students is a key driver to ensuring our future success.
