Lianne has over 25 years’ primary teaching and leadership experience. Her most recent role was Headteacher of a large primary school.
Lianne has extensive leadership experience both at school level and in the local authority. She was a School Improvement Advisor and had responsibility for the Primary National Strategy and School Governor Support Services. She has a proven track record of driving excellence and raising standards across a wide range of schools including those in challenging circumstances. Lianne uses a supportive and systematic approach when collaborating with schools and provides a bespoke programme that enables them to be successful.
Lianne worked as the Senior Adviser for Mathematics, leading a highly successful primary team. She has a wealth of experience and expertise in creating and providing high quality professional development programmes and bespoke school support programmes to drive school improvement. She has contributed to a wide range of school initiatives focussing on assessment, curriculum, teaching and learning and self-evaluation which have led to effective school improvement.
