New People Strategy Launched

LLT launched a comprehensive new People Strategy in September 2024. Staff discussed their experiences and suggestions at roadshows and helped shape LLT’s new People Strategy which fosters an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic environment for staff and students.

Stephen Field, Executive Director of People and Culture, said: “Our People Strategy will create a positive impact and drive our school towards achieving excellence. We look forward to working together to make the 24/25 academic year a successful and fulfilling one for everyone.”
